Very good location. Friendly staff. Fridge in the room.
Wi-fi connection had poor coverage and was falling out a lot (probably edge coverage). Could be improved with another bridged access point perhaps?

Hotel is very centrally located in Venice. Although it is difficult to locate, once you are there you quickly find your way around.

The Venice Emeralds is in the heart of Venice, very convenient to San Marco square and yet reasonably priced. The rooms are nice while retaining a feeling of the classic old building they are in. We had the family room with beds for 4 and a private bath that was located just down the hall. The roof top patio was a great place to settle in with a book. The proprietor is an entertaining guy with lots to say.

This b&b is in a wonderful location close to St. Mark's and the Rialto bridge. Rooms were updated and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Guiseppe is a great host. The value was outstanding (Venice can be quite expensive).

This B&B is very convenient to the Rialto area. Bed was new and very comfortable. Room had air conditioning and was quiet for sleeping. B&B is clean and well-maintained by the owner, who is friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining and getting around in Venice. I would definitely recommend to friends.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is on the 3rd floor so it is not suitable for travellers with big luggage. Better prepare backpacks. It is very closed to the port but we just keep getting lost in Venice. So difficult to get around although we had a map.

Guiseppe was very friendly and accomodating and very helpful with information and directions! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were very modern and clean. Bathroom was down the hall but was only used by us. There was a small fridge in the room which was nice. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices!! Were able to store our luggage there all day after checking out.
Nothing to complain about. Had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but that wasn't a problem! If Guiseppe doesn't know what time you are arriving, a note on the door to call for someone to come let you check in would be a problem if you are from Canada (or other) and do not have a cell phone. More that one set of keys would be nice if there are 4+ people together.

A Venice Emeralds was very central to San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Our rooms were clean and tidy and our host, as everyone claims, was very helpful and enjoyed a good chat!
There were lots of stairs up to the room but if you have good knees (unlike me) this shouldn't be an issue. There was a little noise at night but this is to be expected if you want to stay in this area. Tip1: - If possible travel to Venice with a small overnight bag as there are cobbled streets everywhere. Tip 2: Enjoy this region of Venice out of peak season as the crowds in this area are a nightmare. Alternatively, stay in a less touristed location.
